about the firm
Healthcare Strategy,
Grounded in Reality
Insight Healthcare Advisors is an operator-led management consulting firm focused on Medicaid strategy and operations, private equity healthcare advisory, and AI-enabled operations. Our team has spent careers inside the organizations we now advise, grounded in the realities of care delivery and health plan operations.
the firm
We help healthcare organizations navigate their most consequential decisions: entering new markets, transitioning to value-based care, modernizing operations with AI, and preparing for transactions. Our advisors have operated inside health plans, provider groups, and digital health companies, so we bring pattern recognition that pure-play consultancies can't.
Headquartered at 650 California Street, San Francisco. Remote-first global team.

Authenticity
We say what we mean and mean what we say. Honest counsel, even when it's hard to hear, is the foundation of trust.
Kindness
Healthcare is human work. We bring warmth and respect to every interaction, with clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
Impact & Equity
We measure success not just by business outcomes, but by whether we're advancing health equity and creating lasting positive change.
